Breath is one of the most powerful tools for relaxation and stress relief. Taking a few slow, deep breaths can help bring your body and mind back into balance. Breath also helps to increase energy levels and improve concentration. It also helps to improve your posture and strengthen your lungs, as well as improving your overall health and well being. Breathwork can be a great way to boost your mood, reduce anxiety and get rid of negative thoughts.

Pranayama is a type of yoga practice focusing on the control of breath. It involves controlling the breath through a variety of breathing exercises and techniques, such as deep breathing, alternate nostril breathing, and kumbhaka (breath retention). Pranayama is believed to help improve physical and mental well-being by helping to reduce stress and increase energy levels. It is also believed to help regulate the nervous system and improve the flow of prana (life force energy) throughout the body.
